HOME FOR 7 BILLION PEOPLE,
suffering from 16 issues that are destroying life within
me. Wherever you live, whatever language you speak or
food you eat, I'm is your only home.
On 1st of January 2016, the 17 Sustainable Development goals of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development – adopted by world leaders in September 2015 at an historic UN Summit – officially came into force. Over the next fifteen years, with these new Goals that universally apply to all, countries will mobilize efforts to end all forms of poverty, fight inequalities and tackle climate change while ensuring that no one is left behind.
This small survey will help the Youth4GG team to measure and
understand how youth are aware about the SDGs.
Youth For Global Goals (Youth4GG) is an initiative powered by AIESEC that to mobilize youth to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs). Asian Development Bank (ADB) is supporting this campaign to enagage 10 million youth across Asia and the Pacific to be aware of the 17 goals.
But how are mobilizing youth in Asia and the Pacific?
We are delivering sessions and other initiatives to
create 10 million youth that know that the SDGs are due in 2030 and what we need to work collaboratively to achieve them in order to make the world better place.
We are creating SDG-based events and curriculums to strengthen 15,000 youth know at least one SDG and some of its targets and indicators and what is their concrete contribution to the Goals.
We are empowering youth to take measurable activities towards the Goals.
If we fight for them, our leaders will make them happen. So we need you to help us to make them famous. Share the goals in conversation, on email, in debate, on products, at home, at work, at school, - do whatever it takes to make the Global Goals a reality.
